Want to work at a race track in a fast paced fun environment? Atlanta Motorsports Park is looking for a bright, cheerful person that will greet our members and customers in a world class clubhouse. This person interacts with our members and clients helping them choose which offerings we have that fit their needs. They solve the challenges that come forward with our corporate clients, hosting them which makes it always fresh and interesting. The position can be someone with a lot of heart ready to learn, or someone who has been there done that and wants a fun cool position within the company.

We have a part-time opening for a Cashier/Host in our Kart Racing Building.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our Club, offerings, pricing, and specials.
• Serve as front line concierge for our members and guests
• Process customer payments. This includes receiving correct payments, managing and processing credit card transactions,
• Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist customers with purchases. Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
• Maintain our facility and cleanliness as per our standards.
• Proper and timely answering, screening, directing, and handling of phone calls.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays if we are open.
