In this role, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of kart track operations—from racing events and private rentals to food & beverage and guest service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team performance across departments including track operations, parts & service, hospitality, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Karting Operations & Facility Oversight

  • Oversee public karting sessions, private events, and race day operations
  • Help maintain and enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and emergency response plans
  • Ensure facility readiness, cleanliness, and operational flow across all areas
  • Support weather-related closures and operational decisions

Leadership & Staff Management

  • Hire, train, and supervise track marshals, hospitality, and event staff
  • Manage schedules and support performance evaluation processes
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and fun

Customer Experience & Event Execution

  • Lead guest service standards across the facility
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Support coordination and execution of corporate events and race programs

Food & Beverage Oversight

  • Partner with vendors or in-house teams to deliver quality service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to the F&B experience

Business & Financial Support

  • Monitor daily revenue and operational costs; identify efficiencies
  • Assist with inventory management (kart parts, F&B, etc.)
  • Contribute to budget planning and review

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and content
  • Represent AMP at member events, public functions, and outreach initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Sports Management (preferred)
  • 3+ years of management experience in operations, preferably in motorsports or entertainment
  • Experience in F&B or guest services a plus
  • Excellent leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; POS or booking systems a plus
  • Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

  • Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Regular exposure to motorsports activity and noise
