You’ll practice full-scope optometry with a supportive team, modern workflows, and the latest diagnostics—so you can focus on patient care, not workarounds.

- Auto-refraction systems, Optos California, OCT, Fundus camera

What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care
- Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
- Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture
What You Bring
- Doctor of Optometry; licensed (or license-eligible) in CA
- Glaucoma certification required; strong pathology experience
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Availability Monday–Friday
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $170,000
- Signing/Retention Bonus: Up to $10,000 signing bonus + $10,000 paid after 1 year of continuous employment
- Relocation stipend: up to $10,000
- 401(k) with 3.5% match
