Job Overview: ATC Lawn Pros is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients, ensuring their lawns are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This position does not include fertilization services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lawn Mowing and Maintenance:

• Perform regular mowing to maintain a neat and well-kept lawn appearance.
• Carry out edging and trimming around walkways, flower beds, and other borders.
• Remove debris and ensure the lawn is free of any waste after mowing.

1. Aeration and Soil Care:

• Conduct aeration to promote healthy soil and root growth.
• Address any soil compaction issues and improve overall soil health.

1. Seasonal Services:

• Perform seasonal lawn care tasks, including spring and fall cleanups.
• Manage leaf removal and prepare lawns for winter conditions.

1. Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.
• Provide recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

1. Equipment Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to perform tasks safely.
• Follow environmental regulations and company policies during service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
