As a Project Coordinator at Atari you will play a role in ensuring the smooth execution of critical projects and initiatives across Atari’s various portfolio companies. Your primary responsibilities will include managing games age ratings for Atari and its affiliated companies, coordinating projects related to physical distribution and games business development, and leading ad-hoc projects as they arise.


Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate stakeholders through critical projects with a focus on physical distribution and games business development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead and manage ad-hoc projects, addressing challenges such as game store title transfers, creation of game key tracking solutions, and CRM pipeline migration.
  • Publishing coordination for physical game launches including asset and submissions management with distribution partners..

Age Ratings Management:

  • Own and manage the age ratings shared service for Atari and its portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with age rating requirements for all gaming products.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and updates related to age ratings.

Documentation Management:

  • Maintain key documentation essential for business operations, including the exclusivity matrix, standard commercial terms, games pitch decks, and other relevant materials.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible to the relevant teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Foster effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including legal, marketing, and development, to align project goals and objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with gaming industry processes, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
