About At Home Therapy of Crystal Coast, LLC

At Home Therapy of Crystal Coast is an independent physical therapy practice serving patients throughout the Crystal Coast region of North Carolina. We provide both outpatient and in-home care by offering one-on-one clinic-based care for those who benefit from an outpatient setting and by bringing the treatment to patients who need it. Either way, every session is dedicated, individualized, and free from the volume-driven model that has come to define so much of the industry. We're a small, clinician-led practice built around the belief that physical therapy works best when it's personal. Our clinicians work with each patient one-on-one with no aides, no double-booking, no rushing. We serve a broad mix of patients including older adults, post-surgical and post-acute cases, and active individuals and athletes focused on performance and return to sport. Whether in the home or the clinic, our approach is always the same: real assessment, practical treatment, and outcomes that actually matter to the person in front of us. This PRN outpatient position is a great fit for a clinician who wants meaningful, flexible work without the demands of a full-time caseload. You'll practice at the top of your license, work alongside a collaborative team, and actually get to know your patients. If you're looking for a practice where quality and clinical integrity come first, we'd love to connect.
