Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver math instruction using the provided curriculum to students in grades 1–8.
• Reinforce foundational math skills such as number sense, problem-solving, operations, fractions, geometry, and pre-algebra concepts based on grade level.
• Differentiate instruction to support a wide range of learning styles and skill levels.
• Create a supportive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Monitor student understanding and provide feedback to support growth.
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators and program staff to meet program goals.
• Participate in planning meetings and support other program-related activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Mathematics, or a related field required
• Valid teaching certification in Math or elementary/middle grades education.
• Experience teaching math to students in grades 1–8.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Ability to implement provided curriculum with flexibility to adapt for student success.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Program runs from June 16, 2025, to August 1, 2025; teaching schedule is 9 am to 2 pm every Monday through Friday (except holidays).
• Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
