Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately type, format, and proofread a variety of documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
  • Proven experience as a clerk, typist, or in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (please specify WPM if required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
