**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule virtual appointments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Utilize a provided script to effectively communicate product offerings and benefits
- Update client information in the database accurately and in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment setting targets
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
