The Project Coordinator, Corporate Relations supports the execution and coordination of sponsorship, exhibition, and corporate partnership activities that contribute to Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC)’s organizational engagement and revenue initiatives. This role oversees administrative coordination, sponsor support, partner communications, and operational processes that ensure successful delivery of corporate relations activities and supporter requirements across meetings and programs. Working collaboratively with Corporate Development, Meetings, Finance, Marketing, and external stakeholders, the Project Coordinator manages sponsorship documentation, corporate member support activities, exhibitor logistics, and revenue administration processes while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and customer service. The role supports efficient execution of partnership initiatives by ensuring timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and coordinated workflow management across departments and external partners. This position combines operational coordination with stakeholder and administrative support responsibilities, contributing to the successful execution of sponsorship and corporate partnership initiatives throughout the year. POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator, Corporate Relations supports the execution and coordination of sponsorship, exhibition, and corporate partnership activities throughout the year. This role combines administrative coordination, stakeholder support, and operational execution responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of supporter requirements aligned with organizational standards.


Working collaboratively with Corporate Development, Meetings, Finance, Marketing, and external partners, the Project Coordinator maintains sponsor records, manages logistical details and communications, and supports corporate member engagement activities. The role contributes to efficient execution and fulfillment of programs by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and high-quality customer service and communications.


This position serves as an operational contributor responsible for coordinating corporate relations processes, supporting sponsor deliverables, and maintaining organizational partnership workflows. The Project Coordinator contributes to departmental priorities by supporting corporate partnership execution and continuous improvement of corporate relations processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities listed below represent the primary functions of the role and include, but are not limited to, the following.


Sponsorship & Exhibitor Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sponsor and exhibitor contracting records across national/flagship meetings, regional meetings, and related programs.
  • Prepare and distribute sponsorship applications, forms, correspondence, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain and update sponsorship and exhibitor documentation annually.
  • Support coordination of booth logistics, sponsor deliverables, and exhibition requirements.


Corporate Member & Partner Support

  • Lead and administer comprehensive fulfillment and delivery of annual corporate member benefits.
  • Respond to corporate member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Submit and manage corporate member requests through sponsor portals and internal systems.
  • Support corporate membership processing and ongoing relationship coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service with corporate partners and stakeholders.


Meeting Operations Support

  • Assist with sponsor and exhibitor registration processes for meetings and events.
  • Support development and distribution of logistical communications for sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed accurately.
  • Provide on-site meeting support as assigned.


Revenue Administration & Documentation

  • Distribute invoices and assist with payment tracking coordination.
  • Maintain accurate sponsor databases and recordkeeping systems.
  • Support migration and updates of sponsor information across organizational websites and platforms.
  • Assist with preparation of reports and documentation supporting corporate relations activities.


Travel requirement: up to 10% travel annually, including meetings and events as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting sponsorship, meetings, associations, or healthcare organizations preferred.


Preferred:

  • Association or healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience supporting event sponsorship or exhibitor coordination.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

ACCC operates in a remote work environment requiring sustained computer use and virtual collaboration.


COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE

Salary range will be disclosed in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.


SALARY BAND:

$52,000 – $78,000


The posted salary range reflects the anticipated scope, responsibilities, and long-term growth potential of this position. The range is intended to represent the broader compensation progression opportunity for the role over time.
