The Project Coordinator, Corporate Relations supports the execution and coordination of sponsorship, exhibition, and corporate partnership activities that contribute to Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC)’s organizational engagement and revenue initiatives. This role oversees administrative coordination, sponsor support, partner communications, and operational processes that ensure successful delivery of corporate relations activities and supporter requirements across meetings and programs. Working collaboratively with Corporate Development, Meetings, Finance, Marketing, and external stakeholders, the Project Coordinator manages sponsorship documentation, corporate member support activities, exhibitor logistics, and revenue administration processes while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and customer service. The role supports efficient execution of partnership initiatives by ensuring timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and coordinated workflow management across departments and external partners. This position combines operational coordination with stakeholder and administrative support responsibilities, contributing to the successful execution of sponsorship and corporate partnership initiatives throughout the year. The Project Coordinator serves as a key operational partner by supporting sponsor deliverables, maintaining partnership workflows, and helping ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for corporate members, exhibitors, sponsors, and organizational stakeholders. Working collaboratively with Corporate Development, Meetings, Finance, Marketing, and external partners, the Project Coordinator maintains sponsor records, manages logistical details and communications, and supports corporate member engagement activities. The role contributes to efficient execution and fulfillment of programs by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and high-quality customer service and communications.
This position serves as an operational contributor responsible for coordinating corporate relations processes, supporting sponsor deliverables, and maintaining organizational partnership workflows. The Project Coordinator contributes to departmental priorities by supporting corporate partnership execution and continuous improvement of corporate relations processes.

SALARY BAND:
$52,000 – $78,000
