The Editorial Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and execution of high-quality editorial and educational content across ACCC’s digital, print, and programmatic platforms. This role combines editorial coordination, content management, project support, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure the timely delivery of accurate, engaging, and mission-driven materials for oncology healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary audiences. Working closely with editorial leadership, internal teams, faculty, authors, and external contributors, the Editorial Content Coordinator assists with content workflows, publication timelines, review processes, and day-to-day editorial operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining editorial standards, supporting content quality and consistency, and helping facilitate the successful execution of ACCC educational and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare association environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Editorial Content Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and execution of editorial and meeting-related content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. This role focuses on copyediting, proofreading, fact-checking, and content coordination to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of organizational communications and educational materials.
Working collaboratively with Editorial, Marketing, Provider Education, Communications, and Membership teams, the Editorial Content Coordinator contributes to production of high-quality oncology-focused content aligned with organizational editorial standards and strategic priorities. The role regularly collaborates with authors, speakers, and healthcare professionals to support editorial workflows and maintain production timelines.
This position serves as an operational contributor responsible for supporting editorial processes, coordinating deliverables, and assisting with cross-platform content development and optimization. The Editorial Content Coordinator supports departmental priorities by contributing to editorial planning and execution aligned with organizational content strategy.
