Job Overview

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor looking for a new

challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team and

lead our clinical operations. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a

Core Experience

-           Clinical supervision: 3-5yrs

-           Licensed practitioner (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)

-           Mental health counseling

-           Behavioral health

-           Master's degree in a related field such as social work, psychology, or counseling

-           Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

-           Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

-           Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting

-           Solid understanding of clinical practices and protocols

Clinical Documentation

-           Technical Skills: proficiency in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system

Responsibilities & Duties

-           Oversee the development of treatment plans for clients based on clinical assessments

-           Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide regular feedback

-           Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

-           Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all clinical activities

-           Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery

-           Review and update clinical policies and procedures

-           Ensure timely and effective service delivery

-           Facilitate communication between staff and management

-           Handle escalated clinical issues and client complaints

-           Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff

-           Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry standards
