Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized speech-language pathology services to older adults, addressing communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including residents' families and senior living staff, to ensure cohesive care and improve outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company standards and regulations
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to improve communication and swallowing safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working with the older adult population preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and families

Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $43.16 - $55.78 per hour


Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
