Position Details

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat older adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes
• Provide onsite outpatient therapy services within senior living communities
• Collaborate closely with a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as community staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adapt quickly to new settings and patient needs

What You Need:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Colorado
• Experience or passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
