Position Details
We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat older adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes
- Provide onsite outpatient therapy services within senior living communities
- Collaborate closely with a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as community staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt quickly to new settings and patient needs

What You Need:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Colorado
- Experience or passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Creative and patient-centered approach to therapy
