Position Details

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team! This position provides therapy services within a beautiful senior living community in Longmont, CO.


What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat older adults, creating personalized and effective therapy plans
  • Provide onsite outpatient therapy services within senior living communities
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists and community staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs

What You Need:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
