We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at the beautiful Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat older adults across ILF, ALF, and SNF settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease, fall prevention, post-surgical rehab, and functional mobility
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and senior living community staff
• Contribute ideas — we actively seek clinical creativity and innovation

Compensation & Benefits

• $53.04 – $73.00 per treatment hour with W-2 or 1099 Contractor positions available

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado
• New graduates welcome — mentorship available from experienced clinicians

• Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or senior living is a plus but not required
