This is a growth-stage leadership opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a beloved, grassroots nonprofit. The Director oversees daily operations, leads program development, and strengthens community partnerships, all while staying true to AATC's mission and values.
No prior archery experience is required. If you have experience running youth programs, managing operations, or building community-based initiatives, we'll teach you the sport, especially if you've spent time in another precision or body-awareness discipline (like golf, martial arts, climbing, or fencing) or come from a coaching or athletic background. What matters most is your ability to organize, communicate, and lead with care.
The right person will be energized by building systems, strengthening programs, and creating a lasting impact that supports generations of archers to come. We're looking for someone with genuine passion for this mission.

Physical Requirements
