Position Overview

We are looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier / Guest Experience Associate to join our team. This role is more than just processing transactions—it’s about creating a welcoming, smooth, and positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

You’ll be the first and last impression of our business, helping guests feel taken care of while keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming presence
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Answer basic questions about spa services, products, and menu items
• Assist with phone calls, texts, and guest inquiries when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front area
• Support team members during busy times (spa + açaí shop flow)
• Upsell products, add-ons, and menu items in a natural, guest-focused way
• Ensure a smooth and positive checkout experience
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts responsibly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Team player with a supportive attitude
• Comfortable handling money and technology (POS systems)
• Reliable and punctual

• Previous cashier, retail, or hospitality experience
• Experience in a spa, café, or wellness environment
• Sales or upselling experience
