ASHE Society’s Order Fulfilment Associate will be responsible fulfilling customer calls and online orders. They will follow a process to ensure order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of order fulfillment, including processing orders, verifying inventory, completing necessary paperwork and coordinating pick up orders
• Fulfill customer requests by following ordering process
• Verify customer identification and eligibility for cannabis purchases in compliance with local and state regulations
• Pulls customer orders from stock and places orders in appropriate area
• Record and track all order information
• Handles pick up orders efficiently to ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate with leads on any production issues that arise

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid identification to work in the US
• 1-2 years’ experience in related or similar industry
• Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player who works well with others
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred)
