ASHE Society’s Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will represent out company and uphold all legal and regulatory requirements related to cannabis delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport cannabis products to customer locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders according to scheduled routes.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements.
• Maintain product integrity during transportation and delivery.
• Always provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including inventory logs, delivery manifest, and customer receipts.
• Ensure compliance with product labeling and packaging requirements.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard cannabis products during transportation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized, both inside and out.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate delivery scheduled and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Valid identification to work in the US 
• 1-2 years’ experience in related or similar industry 
• Valid Class C Driver License
• Safe driving record
• Strong customer service skills 
• Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive team player who works well with others 
• Reliable transportation 
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred)

Physical Demands & Work Environment 

• Flexibility/availability to work weekends & nights 
• Prolonged periods of sitting in a car
• Ability to move and lift 50 pounds and maneuver any package of any weight over 50 pounds using the proper equipment
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms 
• Required to stand, bend, lift and engage in repetitive motion 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus 
• Noise level in this work environment is moderate to high
