Ashe Counseling & Coaching is a Chicago-based group mental health practice serving adults and adolescents 12+ across two locations - River North and Logan Square - plus virtual care statewide in Illinois. Founded in 2018, Ashe was built on the belief that therapy should feel like a place where you are seen: culturally responsive, affirming, and genuinely warm. Our team of clinicians, supervisors, and operations staff work together so that great clinical care - not paperwork - stays at the center of the work.
We are searching for provisionally licensed therapists (LSW or LPC) who bring clinical curiosity, cultural humility, and heart to the room. This is a part-time, hybrid role based out of our new River North office at 40 E Huron St, with telehealth sessions woven in based on client need and your schedule.
Ashe provides full administrative, billing, credentialing, and intake support, along with structured clinical supervision toward your independent licensure - so you can focus on your clients and your growth as a clinician.
We are in-network with Aetna, BCBS IL PPO, Cigna, Meridian, Optum, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare, as well as Illinois Medicaid plans, and we welcome private-pay clients.
