Qualifications:

We're seeking passionate therapists who meet the following criteria:


  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience: Must have (2) full years of post-master's clinical experience, demonstrating competence in providing therapeutic services.
  • Licensure: Must hold full and unrestricted licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or Psychologist LSW/LPC accepted in Illinois.
  • Clinical Expertise: Ability to assess clients, establish provisional diagnoses, and develop initial treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and licensure laws.
  • Therapeutic Skills: Conduct individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy sessions, maintaining clinical documentation to support services provided.
  • Collaborative Approach: Maintain communication with referring physicians/professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Commitment to Growth: Engage in consultation and supervision to continuously enhance your clinical practice and contribute to a culture of learning.

Salary

$68,000 - $72,000 per year
