This person will be focused on the local market area in Texarkana, AR & Texarkana, TX.

Must be able to work a rotating schedule (Days/Nights) when needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Will help onboard and train new hires on new accounts.
• Will inspect accounts behind other cleaners.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with owners and other cleaners to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security systems as required.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests, emergencies and complaints to maintain a client relationships at all times.
• Fill in for vacancies when needed to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, cleaning bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing or scrubbing to ensure floors are well-maintained and presentable.
• Solicit new business by passing out flyers & attending site walk throughs.

Preferred experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Must be willing to train.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus, as well as experience in facilities maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Preference given to applicants located in Little Rock, Benton or Bryant.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license AND reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a MVR check.
• Must have a smart phone with internet access.
