Position Description

The On-Site Resident Manager is a key member of our team and will live onsite at our 40-unit apartment community. The primary focus of this role is to maintain property standards and respond to after-hour emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Reside onsite as part of your role.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies promptly.
• Document and report incidents accurately.
• Foster a positive and safe community environment.

Qualifications:

·        California Real Estate License.

·        4-year college degree preferred but not required.

·        Strong knowledge of facilities management.

·        Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio.

·        Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address tenant concerns effectively.

·        Sales experience with a focus on leasing.

·        Strong organizational skills for effective data entry and file management.

·        Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
