Arrow Real Estate offers full-service asset management for communities. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will be fastidious, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.

Responsibilities:

·        Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.

·        Prepare board meeting materials, including packet assembly and agenda development.

·        Prepare comprehensive annual meeting packets for homeowner distribution.

·        Process and maintain Statements of Information and related documentation.

·        Manage and oversee operations for multiple homeowners associations (HOAs).

·        Maintain and update association portals with current documents, board member information, community calendars, meeting minutes, and email communications.

·        Coordinate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors to ensure timely service and support.

·        Process architectural applications, ensuring compliance with association guidelines.

·        Generate work orders for vendors, track progress, follow up as needed, and update system records accordingly.

·        Conduct regular property walks to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with community standards.

·        Prepare and process escrow demand statements for property sales and refinances.

·        Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets in collaboration with Board Members and accounting teams.

·        Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

·        Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • CMCA Certification
  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience working for an HOA.
  • Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HOA regulations and procedures is required.
  • Extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
