Arrow Maintenance Corporation is a San Diego-based company specializing in maintenance services for Property Managers. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to assigned properties in a company vehicle to complete a variety of work orders. Tasks will range from basic maintenance like smoke detector installation to more involved repairs such as drywall patching and painting.

Requirements:

·        2+ years of residential or commercial property management maintenance experience.

·        Experience using property management software. AppFolio is a plus.

·        Must have your own tools.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize.

·        Spanish speaking is a plus.

Position Details

·        Part-Time OR Full-Time

·        $35.00 an hour

Job Responsibilities:

·        Complete assigned maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner

·        Perform a variety of repairs including, but not limited to:

·   Smoke detector installation

·   Drywall patching and painting

·   Minor plumbing and electrical fixes

·   Door and window repairs

·    General handyman tasks

·        Communicate with property managers and tenants professionally and clearly

·        Maintain accurate records of completed work using property management software

·        Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

·        Use and maintain personal tools and equipment responsibly

·        Travel between properties as needed

·        Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem.

·        Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.

·        Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at a rental.
