Arrow Maintenance Corporation is a San Diego-based company specializing in maintenance services for Property Managers. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Cleaning Specialist/Porter to join our team.

Requirements:

·        2+ years of residential or commercial property management maintenance in not required but a plus

·        Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between properties required)

·        Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

·        Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

·        Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or property maintenance preferred

·        Experience with unit turnovers or commercial/common area cleaning is a plus

·        Spanish speaking is a plus

Position Details

·        Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

·        $25.00 an hour

·        Overtime opportunities available

Job Responsibilities:

·        Complete assigned work orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality

• Perform cleaning services across residential units, commercial spaces, and common areas
• Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface care
• Sanitize countertops, sinks, appliances, and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and company standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property managers, tenants, and clients
• Accurately document completed work using property management software
• Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety and quality guidelines
• Travel between properties as required
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
