• You have demonstrated accountability for independently creating deliverables and partnering with team members to build complex models and visuals

Primary Responsibilities

Engagement Delivery

• Lead process mining and data analytics projects, utilizing tools like Celonis or similar platforms to analyze and visualize clients' business processes
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workflows, enhance process performance, and achieve client objectives
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design tailored solutions based on process intelligence insights
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into actionable strategies
• Comfortably deliver as a solo consultant or as part of a project team, ensuring all deliverables surpass client expectations
• Take creative risks to deliver innovative client solutions
• Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, adapting quickly to changing client needs and internal demands

Business Development

• Work with Principal Consultants and Senior Leaders to identify new business opportunities related to process intelligence and analytics
• Support proposal development, including data analysis, scoping, and crafting solutions that demonstrate the firm’s capabilities in process optimization
• Participate in client meetings, contributing insights and ideas to expand existing accounts and cultivate new client relationships
• Stay informed of industry trends in process mining, analytics, and operational excellence to provide forward-thinking solutions to clients
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while also helping to cultivate new client relationships

Practice Development

• Contribute to the development of the firm’s process intelligence methodologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of industry standards
• Collaborate on internal initiatives to enhance service offerings, with a focus on expanding the firm’s capabilities in process mining and analytics
• Develop thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, and presentations, to showcase the firm’s expertise in process intelligence
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and analysts in process mining techniques, data analytics, and effective client delivery

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Experience with process mining or data analytics, ideally within a consulting environment
• Strong proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) and data analytics software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Ability to interpret data, develop insights, and present actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and a passion for operational excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner
• Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization
• Expertise in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or other complex operations
• Comfort with autonomy and a work environment that requires you to hold yourself accountable
• Ability to seek and design innovative and creative solutions to complex technical/business problems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or equivalent (Master’s degree and/or industry credentials highly desired)
• 5+ years of experience in process mining, data analytics, or a similar field, with at least 2 years in a consulting role
• Demonstrated experience using process mining tools and/or data analytics software
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and process improvements in client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis Analyst Certification) or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience working with clients in industries such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, or other complex operations
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with the ability to automate reporting and analytics processes
