Head of Product – Armoire
Location: Seattle, WA (Open to Hybrid)
Reports to: CEO
Armoire is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Head of Product to lead us through our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for setting product vision, scaling a team, and shipping features that drive real business outcomes.
You’ll oversee our full product and design org, shape the roadmap across both customer-facing experiences and internal logistics tools, and serve as a close partner to engineering, marketing, and operations. We’re looking for a seasoned e-commerce product leader who knows how to leverage AI, personalization, and experimentation to deliver value fast.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and evolve Armoire’s product vision in alignment with our business goals and brand mission.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization process, ensuring high-impact initiatives are executed on time and at quality.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies (especially AI) to inform and refine our strategy.
- Serve on the executive team, helping guide company-level priorities and OKRs.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers and designers.
- Create a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning.
- Provide coaching and support to help team members grow into leadership roles.
Execution & Product Excellence
- Build best-in-class processes for experimentation, product development, and go-to-market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches, customer delight, and business impact.
- Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable experiments, features, and improvements.
- Support product marketing strategy and communications alongside our marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a product leadership role.
- A repeatable track record of shipping and scaling products that drive meaningful business results.
- Experience leading cross-functional product and design teams.
- Exceptional communication skills — from exec-level presentations to async collaboration.
- Deep analytical skills and comfort working with data, testing, and user research.
- Ability to flex between IC-level execution and strategic leadership as needed.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion tech, or subscription-based business models.
- Technical fluency and experience working closely and/or managing engineers.
- Familiarity with AI applications in personalization, styling, or logistics.
- Background in warehouse systems, operations, or hardware-integrated platforms.
- Based in Seattle or willing to work hybrid.
