The Role

We’re looking for a curious and strategic Lead Analyst to be the analytical heartbeat of Armoire. You’ll own business performance reporting, spot trends, answer tough questions, and turn raw data into sharp insights. Think of yourself as part detective, part storyteller - fueling smarter decisions across Product, Marketing, and Operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Own Key Metrics: Track and synthesize performance across the user journey - signups, trial conversion, retention, churn, reactivation, and more
  • Deliver Insights: Identify trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities; proactively flag shifts in performance
  • Inform Leadership: Write concise, high-signal updates and summaries for weekly and monthly leadership reviews
  • Answer Critical Questions: Use SQL, Looker, and Amplitude to dig into data and deliver insights across functions
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to shape and evaluate experiments and initiatives
  • Design and Interpret Tests: Work with product managers to design simple A/B tests and interpret the results effectively


What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with tools like Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar
  • Strong business judgment and a track record of translating data into action
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Comfort working independently and managing multiple cross-functional priorities
  • Experience in a data-rich, consumer-facing environment (SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription preferred)


Bonus Points For

  • Experience with retention-focused business models or lifecycle marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis, churn prediction, or LTV modeling
  • A passion for fashion, sustainability, or women's empowerment
