Who We Are
Founded out of MIT’s accelerator in 2016, Armoire is a fast-growing fashion tech company of 50+ team members, spanning marketing, engineering, design, merchandising, operations, and more. We’re data-driven, customer-obsessed, and deeply collaborative. Together, we’re disrupting the multi-trillion-dollar global apparel market - and having a lot of fun doing it.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Creative Planning: Translate campaign direction into creative roadmaps, production briefs, and asset requirements.
- Creative Brief Development: Develop detailed creative briefs outlining messaging angles, hooks, scripts, visual direction, formats, and testing variations.
- Creative Production Management: Contribute to hands-on design or content creation, and collaborate with designers and creators to bring concepts to life, ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on-brand, and aligned with performance goals.
- Creative Testing Roadmap: Maintain and manage the creative testing backlog, prioritizing new concepts and iterations based on performance insights.
- Creative Backlog Management: Help manage and update the creative backlog and work with creative leads to ensure deadlines for tests are met.
- Asset Organization & Documentation: Maintain organized documentation of creative tests, messaging frameworks, and learnings to inform future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Merch to ensure creative aligns with both performance objectives and brand standards
Who You Are
- Digital Creative Experience: 3+ years experience in digital ad development, creative strategy, or performance content, with a strong understanding of how ad creative impacts conversion.
- Creative Brief Development: Experienced in translating campaign direction and business priorities into clear, structured creative briefs (including messaging angles, hooks, video concepts, and static directions).
- Social Media Understanding: Strong understanding of social platforms such as Meta and Tiktok, including creative best practices, formats, and what drives engagement and conversion.
- Testing Mindset: Comfortable supporting structured creative testing initiatives and iterating based on performance insights to improve effectiveness.
- Performance Awareness: Familiar with key acquisition metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, Hook Rate, etc.) and able to use data to inform creative recommendations.
- Creative and Tech-Savvy: Has hands-on experience creating digital content and a strong interest in fashion and technology.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptable and Detail-Oriented: Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter: A proactive problem solver excited to take ownership and continuously improve creative output.
