The Retail Service Attendant position is open to anyone who requires a temporary, seasonal, vacation, semi-permanent or permanent work position in a fun and exciting workplace. This position is responsible for the cleaning and folding of laundry as well as all associated tasks. Ultimately, this position will play a crucial role in the public presentation of the Company by ensuring all customers are well cared for. This position also ensures that the laundry areas is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand during entire shift. The employee frequently must lift and carry racks or stacks of laundry and other items, weighing up to 35 pounds, up to 50 times per shift. The employee occasionally lifts and empties laundry using laundry carts and then folder laundry with the assistance of a laundry folding machine, several times per shift. The employee frequently bends, stoops, reaches, pushes and lifts. The employee works primarily indoors. This position will require the occasional exposure to sharp objects in laundry items like pockets, etc. with some potential for injury, all of which can be avoided by taking proper care in handling customer’s laundry. The employee is frequently required to wash their hands. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

$14.5 - $16 per hour
