Argus Diagnostics Management Inc. provides high-quality imaging services at the patient's bedside in skilled nursing facilities, hospices, and patients' homes. Our team of dedicated sonographers and radiologic technologists bring state-of-the-art imaging technology directly to patients who are unable to travel to a medical facility. We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. As our bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Assist with payroll processing, including calculating and submitting payroll taxes.
• Monitor and manage company expenses, including reimbursements and petty cash.
• Work with external accountants to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Education:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Working Hours:

• 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule
