*WHO ARE WE?*

Argenta Counseling and Wellness provides counseling services, psychiatric medication management, esketamine treatments and other wellness services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

We currently have five (5) locations in Central Arkansas, over thirty (30) providers and a robust administrative team at our home office in downtown North Little Rock. We offer telehealth services for the entire state of Arkansas.

*WHO ARE YOU?*

We are looking for (Full Time) and (Part Time) counselors to join us at one of our FIVE growing locations, with the option to work remotely providing Telehealth. We are accepting applications from fully licensed LPCs, LMFTs and LCSWs.

*WHAT DOES THIS JOB PAY?*

We offer several different employment options that provide a Base + Hourly rate. Salary Range is between $30,0000 - $115,000 per year.

*WHAT IS REQUIRED?*

Current State of Arkansas licensure as LPC, LMFT or LCSW

Paneled with BCBS and/or other insurance companies is a plus+

Prior private practice experience is a plus+

Required education: Master’s

Required license or certification: LPC, LMFT or LCSW
