Arena Social Media & Content Production Intern - Fall 2026 Remote · Intern Company website

You'll run Arena's day-to-day presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Threads, and you'll make most of what goes on them.

About Arena

Arena is a curated membership network designed for leaders working across sports, media, and entertainment. Members receive intentional introductions to aligned professionals each week, making it easier to build meaningful industry relationships. Arena replaces random networking with structured, relevant introductions between peers shaping the industry.

Description

About Arena

Arena is the only private network for leaders across sports, media and entertainment. Members get three curated introductions every week, plus member-only events and career design workshops. We believe the right introduction changes everything.

We're a founder-led team of three (Parul, Adriene and Olivia). That means two things for you: the work you do actually ships, and you'll be sitting close enough to the founders to see how the decisions get made.

The role

You'll run Arena's day-to-day presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Threads, and you'll make most of what goes on them. This is a maker role. We are looking for someone proactive, a self-starter, and is comfortable handling more responsibility than typical interns usually do.

What you'll own

  • The posting calendar across all four platforms, from draft to scheduled to live
  • Short-form video and graphics: cutting event footage, member stories and founder POV clips into vertical video that holds attention
  • Turning one asset into many. A virtual webinar event becomes six posts, not one.
  • Community management: replies, comments, DMs, and showing up in the comments of member and partner posts
  • Content capture at events, virtual and in person (if you're local to NYC), with fast turnaround
  • Doing competitive research to get inspo for new content and trends we should be following.
  • A simple weekly performance recap: what worked, what flopped, what to try next

You're a good fit if

  • You're genuinely native on at least two of our platforms and can show us work you've made (personal account, campus org, club, brand, all count)
  • You can edit video yourself in Descript, CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or whatever your tool is.
  • You have taste and can explain it. "This works because" is the sentence we care about.
  • You're curious about sports, media or entertainment as industries, not just as fandom.
  • You're self-directed. Remote and flexible only works if you close your own loops.

Nice to have

Photography, experience growing an account from a small number to a bigger one, an act for graphic design.

What you get

A real portfolio of published work with your fingerprints on it, direct mentorship from our founders, and access to a network of sports, media and entertainment leaders that most people don't get near until year five.

Compensation

Interns get a $300 stipend at the end of their internship and Arena swag to show off on campus.

Salary

$300 - $300 per year
