The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, working closely with the Office Manager and department leaders to ensure employees are productive, organized, and accountable. This position is responsible for building systems, improving workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring every department works together efficiently. Rather than performing every task, you will lead, coordinate, and follow through to ensure the right people complete the right work on time.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Office Manager and administrative team.
  • Hold employees accountable for productivity, deadlines, and company standards.
  • Improve organization, efficiency, and communication across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor employee performance and assist with coaching and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with the payroll administrator to ensure payroll is accurate and processed on time.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and website developer to ensure projects, campaigns, and website updates are completed on schedule.
  • Oversee scheduling, operational workflows, and internal processes.
  • Review KPIs, reports, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by maintaining high operational standards.
  • Manage vendors, office systems, inventory, and business resources.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management.
  • Report directly to the CEO with solutions, recommendations, and progress updates.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Operations Management or Business Management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Professional, dependable, and highly accountable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
  • 90-day probationary period with structured performance goals.
