Arcadia is seeking a Research and Operations Specialist with Intelligence Community experience to support comprehensive searches within customer repositories and archived records.
Description: The specialist will conduct searches in response to FOIA and Privacy Act requests, Congressional inquiries, and Office of General Counsel investigations. The role includes analyzing results for applicability, documenting search details, reducing duplicate records, coordinating scanning requests, supporting new team member training, and recommending process improvements. The position works an eight-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional surge support outside normal hours. The target salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
Requirements:
· Six or more years of experience searching or querying databases and quickly adapting to new systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts, scientific, or technical discipline may be considered equivalent to three years of relevant experience.
· Master’s degree may be considered equivalent to one additional year of relevant experience.
· Experience reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documents for production in response to information requests.
· Ability to ensure searches cover the full scope of the request and reduce duplicate records.
· Ability to document queries, searches, and results accurately.
· Driven self-starter with strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to new processes.
· Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
· Effective communication skills with peers and management.
· Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph on day one of employment.
