Arcadia Strategy Group (ASG) is seeking an experienced Human Performance Manager for a Federal Government Customer.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Arcadia Strategy Group (ASG) is seeking a Human Performance Manager for a Federal Government Customer.


Primary Responsibilities:

·      Design weekly training plans for group fitness and personal fitness training.

·      Coach personnel during physical training and provide feedback to downrange operators.

·      Provides prehab/rehab guidance for operators that have sustained injuries.

·      Communicates training plans via email or VTC with section personnel who are out of the area and unable to meet in person.

·      Conducts body composition and injury risk screening assessments. The assessments establish baselines, identify strengths and weaknesses and provide customized feedback for improvement.

·      Provides personalized fitness plan, nutrition plan, and mental performance optimization plan.

·      Maintains required continuing education hours.

·      Leads workshops that focus on optimal performance in fitness, nutrition, resiliency and leadership.

·      Serves as the custodian for the fitness and wellness areas to include the gym, mind/body mobility exercise space, and physical therapy area.

·      Support a qualification program by working with Team Leaders and Team Chiefs to design physical challenges to be incorporated into technical training, in order to elevate stress levels for downrange operators.

 

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) preferred in related fields such as Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Physical Therapy, or Exercise Physiology.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in human performance management, strength and conditioning, or a related field.

·      Deep understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and human anatomy.

·      Strong background in nutrition and sports nutrition.

·      Willingness to stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of human performance and sports science.

·      Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust training programs accordingly.

Desired Qualifications:  

·      Experienced in training U.S. Special Operations, Olympic athletes, Professional athletes, or Division I collegiate athletes.
