Description:

Arcadia Strategy Group is seeking experienced administrative and contract support professionals to be Contract Support Assistants (CSAs). The CSA will provide comprehensive administrative and contract support services in a Federal Government acquisition environment. The CSA will support contracting and program operations by delivering organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient administrative support across the acquisition lifecycle.


A current TS/SCI with polygraph is required.


The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and comfortable operating in structured federal contracting environments. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sponsor’s unique contract writing system, specific processes, and workflows
  • Support acquisition and contract lifecycle activities
  • Perform data entry and data retrieval in/from Sponsor’s applications, share drives, databases, and tools typically including SharePoint, BASIS Acquisitions (Momentum), Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform, COGNOS Reports, Invoice Payment Platform Search, and the Contract Writing System (CWS)
  • Settle contracts and closeouts by performing the required steps, in accordance with the Sponsor’s settlement guidance and policies
  • Support contract file maintenance, which may include organizing and maintaining files in multiple formats (e.g., electronic copies and hardcopies)
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
  • Maintain organized contract files and records (electronic and physical)
  • Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate initiative in learning contract processes and organizational procedures
  • Independently manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines


Required Qualifications:

·      TS/SCI with polygraph

·      Two (2) - six (6) years' of administrative support or contract administration support experience (years of experience will determine level: Entry, Mid, or Senior). Experience can include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents. Work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields also are acceptable: contracts, office administration, finance, and program administration.

·      Two (2) - ten (10) years experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe Acrobat

·     High School Diploma


Desired Qualifications:

·      DAWIA Level I (or higher) in Contracting or FAC-C Level I (or higher) certification

·      Experience with Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems and/or Contract Writing Systems (CWS)

·      Associate’s degree or other advanced degree

·      Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local government acquisition processes

·      Experience working with organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
