Arcadia Strategy Group (ASG) is seeking a seeking a Data Analyst with Chinese Language Capabilities to support a Federal Government customer program. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct language-enabled targeting and research
• Conduct data manipulation such as extraction, transformation, loading and cleaning.

Required Skills and Experience:

·      2+ or higher-level Mandarin Chinese language capabilities on a translation assessment test

·      3 years’ experience

·      Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent - 4 years’ experience in the field of HLT)

·      Data Manipulation (extraction, transformation, loading, cleaning)

·      Microsoft Office Tools and Application

·      Human Language Translation experience desired

·      Possess a TS/SCI + polygraph clearance, or, ability to obtain one

Desired Skills and Experience:

·      Programming in ASP, HTML, JSP, Python, Java, XML or file automation
