Sales Consultants are responsible for contacting business owners regarding our payment processing solutions and signing new accounts. Arc payments is seeking a Sales Consultant for the traditional merchant service division. Sales Consultants are responsible for contacting business owners regarding our payment processing solutions and signing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prospect, identify, and qualify leads while working in a fast-paced environment. They will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Meeting sales goals through consultative selling and leading the entire sales cycle from start to finish.

· Consulting with complex organizations across key areas of influence, to include Executive Management, finance leadership and associated user groups, Information Technology leadership and associated user groups.

· Enter sales lead information into CRM for appointments, proposals, and follow-ups.

· Introduce Arc Payments services to potential clients by delivering compelling presentations.

· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications.

· Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry.

· Quoting rates, fees, and prices about our services to prospective clients.

· Maintain a cheerful outlook towards colleagues and management.

· Be responsible, timely, and organized.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications, US:

· 2+ years of Merchant Service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

· Equivalent can include m Account Management and Payment/ Fintech companies.


Desired Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience and proven track record of success, in one, or a combination of the following: Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquiring Services or Fintech industry.

· Payment industry expertise to include:

· Capability to lead technical discovery discussions to analyze a customer's electronic receivables and revenue collection environment with the intent of selling and implementing targeted technology to help drive efficiencies, manage cost, and mitigate risk

· Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

· Experience working with large and diverse organizations
