  • Manage the Firm's In-Office Experience for Visitors
  • Serve as the face of the office, greeting all visitors and creating a professional and welcoming environment
  • Support owner in various ways such as, composing documents, making copies, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, distributing mail, and any other relevant tasks
  • Keep inventory of office and hospitality supplies sufficiently stocked to meet office needs
  • Manage mail and shipment distribution
  • Answer all in-coming phone calls, voicemail and transfer accordingly
  • Prioritize meeting requests, working proactively to identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts.
  • Responsible for routine operational/administrative work
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchen, and break rooms
  • Assist in coordination of office events and special projects
  • Perform other related duties as needed
