About the Role

Arbor Wellness Mental Healthcare is looking for an independently licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to join our Las Vegas practice. We are a multidisciplinary clinic, meaning you will have the unique opportunity to partner closely with our in-house Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide holistic, wrap-around care. This role is ideal for a motivated therapist who wants clinical autonomy combined with the steady referrals and collaborative support of an established clinic. We are highly flexible and open to discussing the right employment structure for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) to individuals, couples, or families.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation using our EHR system.
• Collaborate and consult with Arbor Wellness prescribing providers regarding shared patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage a flexible schedule and caseload while maintaining regular communication with the clinic team.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Nevada (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and comfort using electronic health records (EHR).
