Full-Time Infusion Nurse Practitioner

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday coverage | Typical shifts may include 9:00AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM


The Role

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized infusion therapy in a growing outpatient care model. This role blends direct patient care with clinical oversight and administrative responsibilities, including patient assessments, infusion and injection supervision, documentation, chart review, compliance, care coordination, and workflow support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, collaborating with referring providers and internal teams, and traveling across clinic sites as needed to support safe, consistent, and efficient patient care.


In this role you will:

  • Provide direct clinical care and supervision for patients receiving infusion and injection therapies, including starting and managing IV access.
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor treatment responses, and document care accurately in the EHR.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, potential side effects, preventive health considerations, and ongoing care needs.
  • Support clinical quality, compliance, RN oversight, chart audits, nursing documentation review, and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with referring providers, nursing teams, and operational staff to improve care coordination and clinic workflows.
  • Order and maintain clinical inventory and supplies


What We’re Looking For

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Indianapolis clinic sites as needed
  • IV therapy experience required, including the ability to start and manage IV access.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient, ambulatory, or infusion-based care setting.
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in a patient-facing care environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Familiarity with Medicare documentation, quality standards, and compliance processes preferred.

Salary

$60 - $70 per hour
