Your Role:

As a Mental Health Service Professional, you will assume an essential and multifaceted role in delivering comprehensive support to clients through telehealth services. Your primary responsibilities will encompass several key activities:

• Assessments. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify trauma-related challenges and strengths, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to formulate tailored care plans that address the specific psychological and emotional needs of female clients.
• Therapeutic Interventions. Provide structured, evidence-based, trauma-informed care through telehealth platforms by applying proven methodologies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Focus on Women’s Wellness. Provide targeted support to educators, healthcare professionals, and military veterans to address burnout, secondary trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, improving their well-being and resilience.
• Crisis Support. Provide timely and effective interventions for clients in acute distress, conduct thorough assessments, implement safety planning strategies, and establish crisis resources to ensure client well-being.
• Education and Advocacy. Provide clients with practical self-care strategies, resilience-building tools, and effective coping techniques, empowering them to manage their unique challenges and foster long-term recovery and wellness.
• Documentation. Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client outcomes while adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines and Texas state regulations to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, we are in search of candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience providing trauma-informed therapy tailored to meet the specific mental health needs of women.
• Experience collaborating with professionals in education, healthcare, and the veteran community to effectively address challenges and enhance support systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed therapeutic methods, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Somatic Experiencing to support clients in their healing journeys effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills- tailored to dynamics of virtual therapy, to warm and supportive connection with clients
• Comprehensive understanding of the challenges encountered by women in caregiving and service-oriented professions, enhancing empathetic and informed therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated expertise in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, facilitating seamless and effective service delivery in a digital healthcare environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State of Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Manage a weekly caseload of 20-25 clients.
