Your Role:

As our Executive Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the CEO with calendar management and scheduling meetings to keep our team organized and on track. 
• Supporting special projects and crafting engaging presentations that inspire and motivate. 
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care and professionalism. 
• Contributing to our social media marketing efforts by creating vibrant content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our wonderful followers. 
• Collaborating with the CEO to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns that resonate with our community. 

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have: 

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills that shine in a collaborative environment.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
• A keen attention to detail that ensures excellence in all tasks.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus and would be warmly welcomed! 

What We Offer:
