As the Brand Ambassador, you are the front-facing voice and presence of Aqua Dash. You greet clients, answer questions, explain services, manage bookings, and ensure that every person feels seen, respected, and taken care of. This role blends hospitality, light coordination, and brand representation — like the concierge of a luxury hotel, but for a premium car care experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome gym members and clients with a warm, professional tone
- Clearly explain service tiers and help guide clients to the right choice
- Assist with or manage digital bookings (via iPad/tablet)
- Collect feedback from clients and note special preferences for repeat visits
- Support the team in client check-ins and check-outs
- Answer questions about wait time, pricing, and general services
- Represent the brand’s luxury tone in appearance, communication, and poise
- Maintain presence at the easel, table, or Aqua Dash booth inside Lifetime
- Distribute flyers, manage QR code signups, and promote VIP perks
- Occasionally support in coordinating giveaways or member incentives
