Why Apply: As a vital member of the AquaCrossings team, the Route Service Driver is tasked with managing a daily route. This role involves the sensitive collection of deceased pets from veterinary clinics and homes, ensuring their respectful transport back to our care center for cremation. Acting as a direct extension of our client care team, this position is instrumental in liaising with veterinary staff, addressing on-site issues, and supporting operational needs.

The Role:

• Navigate a company vehicle along a designated daily route, collecting deceased pets for cremation.
• Maintain the dignity of pets during transport, ensuring careful packing and unpacking of the vehicle.
• Serve as the face of AquaCrossings within the veterinary community, fostering strong relationships.
• Offer empathetic and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Record customer interactions, vehicle maintenance concerns, and coordinate with the team for seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in animal-related fields (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Tech-savvy (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift 85 lbs.
• Minimum of 1 year in a service-oriented role, with a focus on driving responsibilities.
