The role of Operations Team Member is a full time position within our facility in Tempe. The ideal candidate's primary job duties are to operate and maintain the aquamation system, prepare deceased pets for aquamation, and unload remains for the next step in the process. Accurate recording keeping and ability to learn and use new technology is a must. Providing feedback on potential process improvements for efficiency and quality is highly valued.

Operations Team Member (Full-Time)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, must be available to work one weekend day

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the aquamation system
- Load and unload remains, ensuring quality control and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of pets in our care
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the facility remains clean and organized
- Work efficiently in a physically active environment
- Assist in refining processes for operational efficiency
- This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in animal-related fields preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and digital tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs safely
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
